Golden Beach Cycling Joins Our Club

Golden Beach Cycling

Golden Beach Cycling (GBC) has joined our Club as a southern chapter. 

GBC is a relatively new social riding group that formed in 2021 to fill a gap for rides starting on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. They host an active Facebook group with nearly 300 followers and have over 45 active riders. 

GBC established four ride groups called Cruisers, Spinners, Chasers and BreakAways.  
These rides leave from the same location at Golden Beach village, in front of Peddlar Bike Store and the IGA. Amenities are close by and lots of parking available. 

They have regular rides on Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays and are posting these on the SCBTC ride calendar. A WhatsApp chat is available for each ride group. 

Our new Golden Beach members are looking forward to joining some northern Sunshine Coast rides with you and catching up for a social event soon.
